This Privacy Policy describes how Exify ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information.

## Summary

Exify is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos, videos, or their metadata to any server, and we do not operate any backend for the App.

## Information We Access

- **Photo Library:** With your permission, the App accesses photos and videos you select in order to display and let you edit or remove metadata (such as location, date/time, camera, and device information). This data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded anywhere by the App.
- **Files you export or share:** If you choose to export or share a photo/video (with metadata cleaned or modified), that file is handled using the standard sharing mechanisms provided by iOS/macOS (e.g., the share sheet, Save to Photos, or Files app). Where that file goes afterward is controlled by you and the destination app or service you choose.

## Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

- Your photos, videos, or the metadata contained in them
- Your location
- Analytics, usage, or diagnostic data
- Any personally identifiable information

The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

## In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple's StoreKit. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple, and any payment information is handled entirely by Apple in accordance with [Apple's Privacy Policy](<https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/>). We do not receive or store your payment details.

## Data Sharing

Because the App does not collect or transmit your data, we do not share any data with third parties.

## Data Retention

Any metadata changes you make are stored only in the files on your own device (or wherever you choose to export/share them). We do not retain copies of your photos, videos, or metadata.

## Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
